Honor Memory
Gift the gift of life and honor a special someone or pet by making a donation in their name. Graduation, birthdays, mother/father's day or any holiday are wonderful occasions to make a honor/memory gift. This is such a special way to give a tribute to a pet or person, who made a difference in your life. A special note will be sent to the person you are honoring, per your specifications, and their name will appear on our honor/memory list below.
Sponsor a Pet in Honor or Memory
The animals that come to the Lynchburg Humane Society all need to be cared for. The average cost of each pet’s stay at the humane society is about $150. This includes feeding, cleaning, vaccinations, and spay/neuter. Please consider sponsoring a pet today. Specify on your $ 150 donation ‘Sponsor a Pet’.Click on the links below to see our available cats and dogs. Choose the animal you would like to sponsor and note it on your donation. Or if you don’t have a preference, we can pick one for you.
